Submit Your Pool Pass Application Before Pool Season Arrives
- Published on Sunday, May 5, 2013 11:37 AM
There are just a few weeks left before the pool opens. If you haven't completed an application for you and your family, go to the 2013 Pool Application Form as soon as possible to give Cardinal Management time to review your application and get your passes back to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery of your passes.
IMPORTANT - Everyone must have a pass in order to use the pool on opening weekend, and you must be current on your HOA dues to get passes.
RENTERS: Your property owner must procure the passes for you.
All Residents Encouraged to Participate in our Community

25% - The current percentage of homes in our association that are currently rented. It doesn't matter if you are a homeowner or renting, we all play a part in keeping this a community of choice. This includes: volunteering for a committee; volunteering to help with community events; emailing your community ideas and concerns to the board; registering your email on the website to get important email notifications; and most importantly, getting to know your neighbors!
Keep Our Neighborhood Beautiful!

It’s getting to be that time again, where our residents are venturing out of their homes for a quick walk through the neighborhood. We are all anticipating the warmer weather that’s soon to come, but for those of us who have dogs, we have the added responsibility of picking up after our furry friends. The Board has heard complaints recently about several pet walkers who aren’t doing their duty (pun intended.) We bought and maintain several Dog Waste stations around the community to make it easier to dispose of your dog’s mess. It’s sad that we should have to remind people that this is a basic obligation, but somehow there are a few who just don’t get it. What’s even sadder is to find dog waste just a few steps from the waste station.
We ask for your cooperation in keeping our sidewalks and grassy areas clean. We don’t pay people to clean this stuff up; if you leave it, chances are it’ll be there when you come back again, unless a good neighbor has done it for you. Do YOU really want to see this mess when you stroll around the area? Please do your part…Fairfax County considers this littering, and so do we.
